At Academia Británica – International House, we’re looking for a dynamic, people-oriented and commercially minded leader to manage one of our centres!
🔹 What we’re looking for:
Bilingual: professional English & Spanish.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Experience in education, sales or business management.
A passion for digital marketing, social media and communication.
Confidence with CRM systems, digital tools and AI.
Ability to effectively lead, motivate and monitor the sales team, helping each team member reach their full potential, while working towards clear objectives and achieving sales targets.
What you’ll do:
👨👩👧👦 Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with students and families, ensuring excellent service, satisfaction and loyalty.
📈 Sales & Growth: Lead student recruitment, enrolments and retention, monitoring commercial KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
📱 Marketing & Communication: Coordinate with our marketing agency, manage the annual recruitment campaign calendar and contribute to social media and digital marketing strategies.
🎓 School Management: Lead and motivate your team, oversee daily operations and coordinate educational programmes and official examinations.
🤝 Leadership: Join our Management Committee, reporting directly to the General Director.
